Tom Seider Presents at Annual Florida Justice Association Convention

Brannock Berman & Seider shareholder Tom Seider was a featured speaker at a special seminar for trial lawyers held as part of the Florida Justice Association’s premier annual event.

The half-day seminar, Appellate Practice for Trial Lawyers, covered topics ranging from recurring issues in premises liability cases to Amendment 7, jury instructions, and an appellate roundtable discussion. During his portion of the event, Tom discussed jury selection and juror interviews. He also offered practical advice for trial lawyers and provided examples from some of his recent experiences.

The Florida Justice Association’s Annual Convention is aimed at bringing together lawyers who strengthen Florida’s civil justice system and protect the rights of Florida’s citizens and consumers.  Hundreds of lawyers from all over the state attended the multi-day event, which featured many educational seminars and networking events.

Tom, an EAGLE member, is active in the Florida Justice Association and frequently speaks at the organization’s events.
