Shea Moxon Headshot

Shea Moxon

Shea Moxon is a shareholder at the firm, focusing his practice on personal injury and wrongful death appeals.  Shea has been recognized by Florida Trend as among its Legal Elite, and has been named to The Best Lawyers in America© list in the area of Personal Injury Litigation.  A graduate of Harvard Law, Shea achieved the highest score on the Florida Bar exam in the year he took it.

Before joining Brannock Berman & Seider, Shea coordinated the appellate work of a prominent personal injury firm in Tampa.  Prior to that, he had his own appellate practice, focusing on criminal defense and termination of parental rights, which stemmed naturally from his early career experience as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County.

In his free time, Shea enjoys playing and listening to music.  In a previous life, Shea was the lead guitarist for a popular Tampa-area punk band, and he still comes out of retirement to play the occasional show.  Shea and his wife live in St. Petersburg.
