Tom Seider Ascends to Chair of Florida Justice Association’s Appellate Practice Section

Brannock Berman & Seider partner Tom Seider has taken over as Chair of the Florida Justice Association’s appellate arm.

Tom’s role atop the FJA’s appellate section has been a long time coming. After years of involvement, Tom became Chair-Elect at the 2022 annual convention, and he spent the last year assisting with the section’s programming and mission to promote effective appellate advocacy. He now leads the group that presents continuing legal education programs, publishes articles, and supports the FJA’s amicus curiae committee.

The Florida Justice Association’s appellate practice section is dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs in Florida’s state and federal appellate courts, defending their verdicts and helping to shape tort-law statewide.
