U.S. News & World Report Again Lists Brannock & Humphries Among Florida’s Best Law Firms

As in years past, Brannock & Humphries was once again named a “Tier 1” regional law firm in the areas of appellate practice and commercial litigation, also garnering a “Tier 2” ranking from U.S. News & World Report in personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs.

These rankings from the U.S. News-Best Lawyers partnership are based on evaluations from clients and lawyers, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and additional information compiled by editorial staff to ensure a rigorous selection process.  A firm must have at least one attorney who is individually recognized in the current edition of the Best Lawyers magazine to be eligible for a ranking from U.S. News in a particular practice area.  Once the firm is eligible, the U.S. News-Best Lawyers staff ask clients to provide feedback addressing the firm’s expertise, responsiveness, understanding of a business and its needs, cost-effectiveness, and civility.  Other lawyers around the state similarly are asked to address the firm’s expertise, responsiveness, integrity, cost-effectiveness, whether they would refer a matter to the firm, and whether they consider the firm a worthy competitor.

Brannock & Humphries has consistently been awarded the highest “Metro Tier 1” designation from U.S. News in the areas of appellate practice and commercial litigation.  This is the second consecutive year the firm has also been awarded a “Metro Tier 2” ranking in the area of personal injury litigation – plaintiffs.
