Phil Padovano Featured at Appellate Practice Section Webinar

Brannock Berman & Seider shareholder Phil Padovano, the author of Florida’s leading treatises on appellate practice and civil procedure, took part in a lively discussion on today’s best and most useful secondary sources.

The discussion covered the most authoritative and beneficial secondary sources, treatises, and authors for Florida appellate lawyers.  It touched on how to integrate the sources into appellate research and argumentation, how to leverage the secondary sources to boost the quality and persuasiveness of briefs and oral arguments, and how to incorporate recommended secondary sources into ongoing appellate research and writing while recognizing emerging legal trends.

Phil was joined on the panel by Judge Adam Tanenbaum of the First District Court of Appeal and by fellow appellate lawyer Tom Elligett.  The well-attended program was part of the Appellate Practice Section’s signature monthly webinar series.
