Sarah Roberge Presents a Year-in-Review for Local Bar Association

Brannock Berman & Seider associate Sarah Roberge gave an overview of key decisions and highlights from 2025 for the North Tampa Bar Association.

Currently serving as secretary of the association, Sarah put on her speaker hat, rounding up rule updates and the many Florida court decisions of 2025 touching on a broad range of issues affecting the daily lives of Floridians.  She informed lawyers of liability for wrongdoing despite sovereign immunity, procedures for filing employment discrimination claims, and how HOAs can enforce their governing documents.  She also shared updates on the Florida Supreme Court’s significant opinions and rule changes that could result in severe consequences if lawyers are not in compliance.  All told, it was an informative summary of what practitioners need to know from 2025 and a look ahead to what’s coming in 2026.

Sarah is an active member of the North Tampa Bar Association and is also member of the organization’s board of directors.
