Ceci Berman Presents at Appellate Year-in Review Webinar

Brannock Berman & Seider shareholder Ceci Berman once again lectured at the annual round-up of Florida appellate law sponsored by the Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Section.

The year-in-review webinar, one of the Section’s most popular CLE programs, provides annual updates on rule changes and appellate precedents that are of interest to practicing lawyers and judges in Florida. Ceci and fellow board-certified appellate specialist Chrissy Davis offered meaningful insight into developing legal trends, recounted the pertinent news stories from 2025, and broke down the changes 2025 brought to appellate practice in Florida. They also offered ideas about where the law is headed in 2026 and beyond.
